BGL today announced AISC guidance of $1,750. - $1,850 today which is about 75% higher than the DFS - massive miss. Production guidance is also not great being less than expectations. They increased reserves to 1.5m Oz and indicated resources to 2m Oz net of production but that won’t offset the massive miss on AISC.
Won’t be a pretty SP for BGL holders. I sold out completely in the last week - just luck.
BGL is no longer the poster boy of high grade low AISC gold stocks - more like high grade average AISC. The AISC guidance will result in a massive reduction in FCF and profit.
