Hi Undaunted Why would they put funds into resuming production with RMS waiting to pounce - the drilling at least keeps RMS thinking hard as to when to move. If SPR starts spending on the plant are SPR shareholders gifting this to RMS. Shareholder of both roughly equal amounts.
