the Gullewa field is peppered with old shafts. That gold got there somehow….
Yalgoo was a prolific goldfield until the easy gold went - was easier to get to Kalgoorlie - inland road to yalgoo was only sealed around a decade or so ago.( and still single lane seal for a fair portion of it now )
