Guessing you mean refractory as in under 65% recovery with conventional processing ?
There were met tests done , on the fresh rock , if you are prepared to go back through the ASX releases for about 12 months you will come across the announcement .
From memory no POX , or Ultra fine grinding was found to be needed (like at DEG) , for the fresh rock although at Dalgaranga , conventional finer grinding that for the oxide rock is needed to get over 90% recovery , which is why the company is looking to reconfigure the plant with regrinding the ore with either a small separate mill circuit fed from the current SAG mill or replacing the SAG mill with an Ball mill to get a finer grind , guessing around P80 80 microns , but just a guess on my part .
