This company and the board have had success in the past. ie GIR. It would seem they have always been an explorer not a miner. Never bought a bulldozer never will.
They don't seem to want to get their hands dirty but are afraid of diluting their own holdings to bring someone else on board.
They were lucky with GIR given a massive leg up by the resources boom and Atlas Iron.
I hope I am wrong but I can see them drifting sideways for a long time to come.
