They have a barge Geezer...last time i looked barges need water to float. Flooding may pose a st delay...but having lots of water in the lake is better than none.
Either way...this company isnt going to double,triple, five bag its market cap with success on the lake. Its too small a volume and wont kick the sp...so forget about the lake IMO.
The next project needs to be good. Atocha could have gone either way...but as im learning thats what O and G investing is all about. Its hit and miss...with the odds stacked against you.
Its a risky game...to say the least.
