A good post Kori and lots of followers, but given the content of your post and dislike of DAU and it's management could you please explain clearly why VAN is a substantial holder in DAU given your criticism? You make no sense at all IMO!
Another point of interest to me is why the avoidance of arbitration prior to court action being necessary or even required? I do not see this course of action being helpful to either company and counter productive if ones stated intention is producing gold?
