I am having a look Damstra. Shares look cheap-ish but that doesn't mean I haven't located some red flags along the way... thought I would share some bear cases for investors to comment.
- Receipts from customers: + 31.7m - Payments to suppliers and employees: - 31.2m This doesn't sound promising and quite frankly is a red flag for me. Not a great margin between operating costs and income. How with this business plan to generate meaningful cash for shareholders? Doesn't seem too promising.
The company's strategy seems bloody broad too. This lack of a focused strategy can be a pretty significant factor for avoiding the stock. This can be a big red flag...
I am interested, but in my opinion the market was right to punish this stock based on the above, in addition to missing guidance.
