I think it is a good offer. However, tech shares have recently transitioned from being very overvalued to significantly undervalued. This has been due to the temporarily high interest rate environment favouring cash neutral companies.

There have been issues with Damstra but I believe it has a great future and 30 cents per share undervalues the medium term outlook.
