I totally agree it's a very positive prudent move. To do this shows what I have always said they are not one millimetre closer to raising 350 mill and finding a full funding solution I mean you would be simple to suggest they have been in negotiations and are very close to full funding solutions but we'll just do this in the mean time. So my beliefs have been confirmed but that's no blight on management this project in this part of the world as I said will be a lot harder then just a simple "our products good we can make lots of money." But with this injection DNK can keep forwarding baby steps of construction and modelling ideas and keep engaging different parties in regards to full funding over the next couple of years.
