Both - Options - 110k, Feb 21 2028, $3.22 strike ... of little consequence for shareholders who can buy heads for $2.30 odd today - if these opts concern anyone, you're thinking too small.

There are a couple of questions from me ... what else will they likely be discussing at the "General Meeting" they need to have before 21/2/23???That's a fair way off ... but they've said they'll need a meeting by then, why then and what other things might they need to vote on ... surely a GM, just for a few way out of the money options?

Surely this DS appointment suggests the exec have a strategy they are following (because he's probably not there for medical or scientific reasons???)

And like I noted at the AGM ... Mary Harney must have a role also ... hmmm

Here's a thought ... License one Pillar 2023 ... cardio?

Own the cancer Pillar and align/trial/test/license/sell/whatever "through" 2024.

And float/IPO the FTO Pillar 2024/25, surely not 2023?

There're really three business's, maybe more depending what FTO throws up.

Really very busy and much more than a Chairman based in the US can handle (and to my mind, JC by selling 300k heads to exercise 3m (23c and 25c) options isn't as committed as the local NED's are likely to be. But ???? we'll see.)

For a Chairman that took $990+k out in heads sales, then didn't turn up for the AGM - maybe we have a dovetail transitionary exec scenario underway.
