    I think it would be also be prudent for uml to start getting into a hedging program. The current price is unlikely to last very long. I don't think Russia is crazy enough to go to war, and allied forces are war weary from Iraq and Afghanistan. The proxy conflict will likely to fizzle out into a crazy long running saga like Chechnya.

    so the price may rise a bit more in the mean time and then slide downwards again.
