    I agree with you about the mid 20c range...

    but then i tried thinking about it from "Mr Market's" point of view... the market already factored in the approval from when it was earmarked...

    thats why the range is where it is... the last and final thing to set this thing on fire is a last final CR... which will be at a low level by the looks of it..
