with the SA govt recently announcing their intentions to build a GAS fired power plant there will need to be new gasfields developed to supply it. Perhaps Lakes Oil will get a bit more active on the SA land they acquired as part of the NavGas deal in Jan '17
- Within NavGas’ South Australian licence application areas, Lakes Oil intends to exploit the potential for production of gas from the Tindelpina Shale, which has been demonstrated to contain gas, this prospect has never been explored using modern techniques.
