Disappointing yes but labour shortages are throughout WA mining and construction industries. Fly in and out from east coast is almost non existent and off course gone with NZ. Every civil/mining/building contractor is screaming for workers and they all are chasing the money. WA has so much work even average workers can pick and choose.
Good question spec101 is about future staffing, this needs to be addressed.
