The way I look at RED ATM, it is a junior producer and developer
.There is some risk at the production end but construction of KOTH far outweighs the risk, especially with PMS in a rising market. As for the PHILIPPINES operation, that's the icing on the cake if R5 can manage a restart or a fair weighted sale.
