Just get the impression that Resapp was used then tossed aside. Could be wrong but if it was of further value DARPA would not just end it cold, they would surely extend the formal agreement. Or maybe Resapp didn't want to proceed, but I doubt that. I don't think this forum analysed this ann enough for what it might be.
