Well done @Bloky for spotting this... but let me guess I'm sure this won't be announced either. The beauty of HotCopper - we keep each other in a loop when the company is too lazy or hush hush to keep us in the loop. I'm not liking their quiet approach one bit and I made this clear on several occasions. Maybe it'll take a few more of you to email and call up complaining about this. That way something could be potentially done about it. I strongly feel that there is room for improvement when it comes to informing shareholders even if they provided us just with a newsletter or company update every so often that would suffice.

@Coseycat I feel that the upcoming meeting with the FDA will be very
positive for our company I think it is possible that we will get a left field positive announcement from the FDA meeting. Not only do I feel like it is possible that the FDA could reconsider their decision for children by overruling their decision based on the new available data and information provided to the FDA committee coupled with the pandemic and the major shift between GP visits and online visitations warrants my theory to be a strong POSSIBILITY IMO. Not only do I feel this is possible for kids but I also think we could see them approve adults based off the Australian clinical data and the positive feedback from doctors like over at the respiratory clinic in Queensland and also with our live real-world positive data here in Australia through Coviu and Phoenix. This is for DX and I think it would fall under the emergency category for FDA fast tracking on if the FDA confirms my theory..... .

On another note still regarding the FDA, I believe it is also a strong possibility that we will obtain FDA clearance for SleepCheck without the need for a further study in the US. In my opinion I believe they will stick to a class 1 screening tool and these submissions normally get passed within a few months...

All my opinion but I think we are well overdue to receive some positive news out of the US. All of the time and money ResApp has invested over in the US deserves an achievement award in the form of an FDA certification - go get em!
