We know DARRT-1 dosing was 400mg, 800mg & 1,200mg of NOX66 over 15 days. One must assume with the upcoming commencement of DARRT-2 that DARRT-1 data is due for publication shortly, hopefully in the next week or so.
It will be very interesting to see which dosing cohort achieved an abscopal response.... My assumption is the 1,200mg cohort did.
Two main differences between DARRT-2 and DARRT-1 is higher dosage (1,800mg v 1,200mg) and longer treatment (15 days/month for 6 months vs 1x15-day cycle). This is basically a 10 times increase in total exposure to Veyonda in DARRT-2.
