IMHO, rather than moving around the world for IPO with no outcomes, it could have for better if they have a CR on the local market and offer the SPP to existing SH (yes dilution for existing SH but DEI will also dilute the company). IMHO, this whole saga of DEI should be scrapped. Focus on delivering short term revenue and market will re-rate DTE itself. DTE has 100m debt financing and with some additional cash though CR from local market will deliver short term projects. So there is no need to cry out that DTE assets are not understood by the local market. Deliver the revenue and next day local market will re-rate DTE.

Just my view and may be wrong
