    I don't think it was ever listed as 1:1.
    Everything I read was 'a share' and they never stated what "A" meant exactly. My first reaction was a share meant one share only. Other people interpreted it as one share for each arrow share.

    Pretyy much, a share could mean whatever the reader wanted it to read, which is another clever way for Arrow to put a positive spin on this sale.
