what amazed me most in all of this was that our board after strongly recommending the deal treated it as already done deal....we have dates (with corrections even) WHEN the DART shares will be trading on market - and that even BEFORE the meeting and before votes are counted for approval for the whole thing!...but maybe I am to ignorant and not following it right meaning: even if take over won't go through demerger will happen and that is why they are so sure when we will be able to trade in Dart...could it happen that way?...no t/o but 2 seperate companies?..?.....HOW ELSE do they know they will get the numbers for it to get through?..?....6th sense?...lol..private line to the almighty?..lol
