Even though there is no mention of this offer being underwritten we can't rule out that it won't be. I'm sure in the past other companies that have attempted to raise money have had professional and sophisticated investors pick up the shortfall afterwards.

Looking at past announcements dart have made mention they have been in Jv discussions with interested parties so my point is if they see value they will jump on board if offered a chance to take a position in the company.

One thing I will be watching is the buying before the closing entitlement date to see how many punters are willing to pay 1-1.1 to then be able to participate in the offer or will they wait for a pullback to enter.
