Ok in theory, difficult for those that are living pay to pay or had a recent financial setback. Not all Australians lucky enough to be in many of our positions. Also would be nice to see elderly family or friends with a sense of confidence that you aren't going to knock them over; without overloading health system with unnecessary PCR tests.
