Ann: Darwin 1 Well to Test Highly Rated Zone , page-5

I had a look at the price history of this stock on the NASDAQ, and it's been all over the place. I have no idea why. But it has been 21c in the past month, then fell as low as 0.5c and then in the last few days went from 0.5 to 14c
There was some talk of a special dividend on 23/7 (from memory), but it didn't say the amount so I'm not sure if that is correct, altho it might explain the large price movements.

I will do more research later.

But I sure hope it means something positive for TEX - we need something to get it moving. Nothing traded on ASX so far today though.
