At the AGM in 2018, the Browns asked specifically about travel expenditure (i forget the amount but there was an “other” category of around $700K that the KPMG auditors couldn’t explain) and the BOD (Chairman Rex at the time) justified it by saying “we can’t be expected to fly economy even domestically and stay in ordinary hotels and then go to work”.
what he failed to explain is what defines “work” and I’m sure one or two meetings a day spread over a week or more could be far far better managed.
