The board needs to answer the following:
What went wrong with this submission?
NTEPA is holding strong, so it's either a failure of project management or a failure of corporate communications and relationship management. Blaming the NTEPA is not accountable enough.
Why is our relationship so bad with local government?
All the letters and statuses can't gloss over smacking each other in the press. Is this Paula's job or Paul's?
What is being done to fix the team so this doesn't happen again? New GM? Someone in corporate affairs? Something has so change. This is a 12 month minimum delay completely out of the blue.
There has to be changes. Cannot see how any reasonable person could keep finding this acceptable.
PB's chosen to publicly push back aga inst the NTEPA. Hope he's got the support and his house in order.
