I would like to see TNG management provide a clear action plan of how they intend to resolve this with clear timeframes first.
Blame game isn't going to benefit anyone. I want to see clear leadership.
Are they going to appeal?
Are they going to contact the appropriate territory and federal ministers?
Are they going to stick with NT or look at alternative locations (not ideal or preferable given the late stage of EIS and money and time spent)?
Are they going to provide timeframes for each of the 23 items (i.e can 20 of the 23 be responded to by end of the month and then the other 3 be completed in line with other items in a longer timeframe?)
Not all the items are seasonal of long timeframe items so why wouldn't they try and come up with a plan/agreement/dispensation to complete the longer timeframe items under a conditional approval?
IMO
