I contacted the NT EPA yesterday and got the following response. I have to say I was impressed by their quick and detailed response.
The comments received on the TNG Supplement will be published as soon as practicable (usually within 5 days of the NT EPA either requesting further information or publishing an Assessment Report). They will be published on the public register (link above), not the consultation page.
My understanding is that we should be able to review the letter sent to TNG and the request on the EPA website within approx 5 business days (i.e end of next week). Previous public comments werent available on NT EPA website as they were under the old legislation system.
