Sorry I should clarify my earlier post, too much coffee this morning and got too excited reading the ann. It says 2 more patients with stable disease which doesn't necessarily mean they were from the 4th cohort, though it seems likely given they had the highest dose so far.
The main thing like others have said is no SAE at the higher dose. Could this lead to potentially higher doses in future clinical trials?
