I wouldn't say you're smart, Meerkat. AT least you lack the smarts to evaluate a clinical trial.

In the last two dosing cohorts, 4 of the 6 patients have shown stable disease. That's 66%. If the last patient of the 4th cohort also shows stable disease, that will be 83%. Or, to look at another way, it will be a 100% success rate of the 4th cohort. And you call that tenuous?

Also, bare in mind that these are very sick patients who have not responded to other treatments and are in the end stage of their disease. Stable disease is an excellent result and will give them months or possibly years more life with their loved ones. If the cancer isn't progressing, it isn't going to kill them.
