NO - APA did not employee experienced mgt at the Orbost site.
APA mgt were located in APA Melb H/O. So if workers at Orbost had a problem ,they had to contact the boffins back in H/O.
It is COE which has employed an experienced gas plant manager to be based onsite. They have done that before the Licence handover.
COE has now got experienced people on site to operate and improve prod'n at Orbost.
It will be COE which will install the Solids Removal Package, for which they have high hopes.
