This is not a small cap! It’s a $Billion + turnover company making $64m EBITDA and paying close to 10% dividends now!! Something is amiss here snd the company is saying nothing! Meanwhile Executives keep getting performance shares given like confetti!!
I would like to know how their acquisitions are performing individually as they all get lumped in together. Are they starting to get found out? Is it because the master acquirer Declan has left and maybe selling down his free shares?? Although I would expect S604 notices there so maybe not him, but someone is continually dribbling out!!
