There is nothing unusual with buying a few when you are trying to sell. Or selling a few when you are trying to buy. Take a close look at the change in substantial holder notices where they provide full details of all the transactions.
It's bit like steering a single prop boat in reverse. Yep you have to go forwards to walk the stern across to reverse to where you want to go.
Not sure about a board restructure being implied from the announcement. Sounds like housekeeping to me. If they wanted to restructure the normal way would be to pick the team and appoint them before the meeting and then offer them up for re-election.
The next quarterly will be very interesting.
