Agreed. It shows disdain for non-Apollo (AON) aligned minority shareholders. They know what’s going on, we don’t. When I invest in nano and micro caps I assume poor governance in my investment case and bake it into the risk/return equation. That said, CR1 are worse than than any other company in my portfolio. The last company to hold that award hasn’t fared so well which concerns me with respect to my investment in CR1.

I still believe there is sufficient alignment between the AON crew and minority shareholders to suggest a happy ending is possible here. I just don’t understand what is behind the lack of comms/disclosure. It doesn’t add up.
