    An aspect which i'm sure many haven't considered is that a resource within this region doesn't have to justify a stand alone plant, IGO have already spent that capital. A resource only need be profitably mined from a toll treatment perspective or outright purchase to add value to IGO in order to cover the short lifespan of Nova.
