Just remember we only need a Director Appointed that is representative of shareholders interests.....This is not about removing Directors it’s about getting representation on behalf of shareholders.




Whilst it’s easy to Criticise A.R, what are the Rest of these Directors doing for us, apart from making a career out of being Directors and "Milking the Cow"....Can anyone tell me what these people have done to contribute to "VMS" on our behalf....Our Funds should be directed to the Tenements, that are most advantageous to Share-Holder Value, my opinion being "Mt Lindsey and Kulin"..."Thor" can take care of it’s self unless "CHN" forfeit, then we can go for broke there.
As previously indicated by another poster, we should all vote against the remuneration report, unless they can justify this by some very positive and substantial news prior to the AGM.
