To all "VMS" holders I wish to propose the following:

1) That we as Shareholders send in a "Notice of Motion" to have a Director added from shareholders and that the company makes provision for this.

or

2) We nominate a shareholder to fill one of the current positions.....If share holders on this forum do not mind, as time is quickly approaching indicate a preference by just saying (1) or (2) as the option.

I would to also like to thank everyone for showing your support and sending a clear message to the BOD, by the way of you'lls thumbs up.....The wheels are in motion.

and

3) In the meanwhile, we should also all vote against the remuneration report, unless they can justify this by some very positive and substantial news prior to the AGM.
