2 would be great, however the nominee would be vetted by the current BOD and may not get a spot on the vote 4 me card.
If we had a shareholder friendly Board Director we most likely would not see anymore updates than we do now, a realease
has to be approved by the Board not just one member.
BODirectors would not like a fly in the ointment, to many Fees & Charges to be had and would like the club to stay controlled.
