I have posted many times that this is a "boys club".
They are treating this as their own wealth club and it's a game.

Management even swapped chairs so each one of them had
a turn of being managing director and CEO.

With their cash flows, they don't need VMS to succeed, only keeping
on doing what it's doing, keeping on "milking".

They are now wanting JV partners so they don't need to put any effort
into any of VMS's tenements.
They are looking for more Chalice type companies who are competent workers.

Management are incompetent and incapable of working their holding tenements.

Just saying.
