I urge all SP3 shareholders to use the power of your vote at the upcoming AGM.

Notwithstanding the voting intentions of any Spectur Associated Shareholders, I encourage all shareholders to take control of your own votes at the AGM instead of just handing them to the chairman. Several important votes will be occurring:

• The remuneration report.
• The re-election of Bilyana Smith as a NED.
• The addition of one other NED.
• Dilution of your shareholding.

If your want influence over the performance of your company. Then vote accordingly. Get active. It's your company.
