actually it was Graham and Ian that got together and said NEITHER companies have much choice if they want to build the first Australian V mine..financing logistics Capex Opex etc etc when looked at individually would make it very difficult for either to go it alone
you seem to forget that this is not a done deal yet..the next few months will be very interesting especially if V price moves north
