The actual feedback is the TMT ERD has been accepted by all stakeholders and the final version of the ERD has been submitted pending approval. I suggest you watch recent TMT presentations.

It one thing to be bias one way or another, its plain wrong to be completely not factual and misleading.
There is also no guarantee that the merged company succeeds in funding. The V market has to respond to prove the economics and then offtake has to be signed to prove "bankable customer sales" to derisked the merged project for commercial bank sign off depending upon the future funding mix which is agreed upon.
