You could ask them (Mesoblast shareholders) for that over on the MSB forum. But what would you do differently if you were voted in at Mesoblast - or what would any shareholder do differently if they were on the board of either CYP or MSB - that's a better question for discussion in my opinion.
You have to work with other directors or buy the whole shows - that is the kicker. So whatever you propose has to be something that makes sense (to other shareholders that vote) and wouldn't be opposed.
