A deficiency in supply chain..a foreseeable waiting period for this to be rectified...and here we have a previous mine site with access to a port...applications for accelerated permissions submitted....China outside of this equation...why would we not push for this to progress with additional investment from the US.....strike while opportunity exists..they must have some contacts in the mining community who recognise this and want to be involved
