I was ready for Geoff to go with the Diasource debacle, after it was recognized that it wasn’t worth including our product in existing tests as the re-certification costs outstripped the benefits of inclusion.
Everyone is replaceable, and if you don’t perform then in my opinion you should go.
My only caveat to that is that we are now, seemingly, in a good place to get deals done and I do not think we should mess with that now. If deals can’t be achieved in reasonable time, then all need to go so we can get a team that can.
The tech has always been a winner in my view.
