I will not be going to the AGM. But obviously will voting on all Resolutions. I certainly hope we have significant shareholders going that can clearly hold the board accountable with direct, indispensable questioning regarding the key issues that have be articulated amongst ADO hotcopper members. We should have 2 or 3 knowledgeable and forthright holders ' representing' the shareholders that cannot attend. We should have a short but concise list, formulated to force management into direct answering and not allowing David in Co to twist their way out of answering. So far his,their, answering has left more questions than answers. David seems to have a technique, like many CEOs of listed companies to make things seem alot more positive filled with near.term optimism that then makes their life easier and financially secure and lucrative without providing the same for the shareholders. Enough of this. Hold the clearly accountable. Can we please have representatives to step up and do this. Names, suggestions please. Mine in Semi ☆if available and willing.
