Unfortunately, as was indicated by the chairman (if I remember correctly) at the last vote, was that if the options were voted down he said they would have to find some other way to remunerate him. Hinting at cash was my interpretation of that. We are probably in a no win situation?
or were there separate tranches of both options and performance options? Can't recall.
