you lost me after your first sentence - your BFF has no place anywhere near the board from what I’ve seen of his posts here over the years. You seem to know the “real” g07 so potentially he has other board roles and is highly experienced with his AICD qualifications and would add tremendous value with his bold, edgy and factual approach. I for one would dump straight away after 10 plus years holding - this has been tried with twinvest. ’m sure I wouldn’t be alone though can’t speak for others.
