I'm sorry - but I dont believe having a Forum entity as a board member on what we all want to become a ASX200 stock is a good selling point for any new investor - or institutional investor either.
Matt Sanderson was completely self-indulgent and proabably sold his soul to get onto the board with a promise to herd the cattle we were to the slaughter.
He cleaed up alright - millions in free options and exited stage right when the SP >20cents - he made $millions of dollars when he convinced the board to take him on.
